So while other bloggers would never DARE to post low-budget or the likes of Forever 21 on their blog, I do a mix of both. I love all of these looks. From the socks and heels, to the bows and the flirty cute skirts, boustiers and dresses. Although this was on the American site, I hope it comes to a Forever 21 Canada soon.
